| Terms of Business * A deposit of 50% of the daily rate is required to confirm bookings. Balance payable on arrival. * Trophy fees are payable at end of safari. (see attached tariff sheet). All fees are payable prior to departure at the end of the safari. Any animal killed or wounded must be paid for in full. All animals wounded and not exported are subject to 14% VAT. * All payments to be made in travelers cheques, cash or certified bank drafts. * Deposits are non refundable but by negotiation can be transferred to another safari. * All Rate are quoted in US dollars * Prices subject to change with written notice * References available on request. |
* Daily rate is applicable from date of arrival to date of departure irrespective of the activity. |
| Hunting Licenses &
Export South African hunting licenses are obtained for you and are included in the trophy fee. There are no "hidden charges". Some species require Cities import and export permits - we will assist you to obtain these. Necessary export documentation will be processed on your behalf. Clients will be liable for packing and shipping charges. Prices available at confirmation of Safari. |
Firearms Scoped rifles in caliber's .270 to .338 mag are suggested. The minimum for dangerous game being the .375 H&H Mag. Import permits for firearms obtainable at S.A. customs on arrival. Premium Grade ammunition is advisable. |
| Liability Chris Williams Safaris cc accepts no liability for any death, injury or illness, related medical costs or theft suffered by any persons, loss or damage to luggage, delay or any other claim whatsoever arising from any incident while on safari. We reserve the right to change or cancel any safari due to natural disaster or any other circumstance beyond our control. |
